How can I apply for an access pass?

You can apply for an access pass via the ‘Apply for WFC pass’ link on this website. When submitting an application, you must also submit a valid identity document to the management.

Is the access pass free of charge?

Yes, the day pass and the permanent access pass are free as long as you meet the entry requirements.

Why was my application for a pass rejected?

Your application does not meet one of the following requirements:

  • Your company particulars or address particulars are not correct or missing;
  • Your registration with the Chamber of Commerce is not related to the fashion industry. If you think your registration does meet the requirements, please email a recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce to receptie@worldfashioncentre.nl;
  • You are already registered. If you lose your pass, you can apply for a new one via info@worldfashioncentre.nl.

Can I also make purchases if I have a nail studio, beauty salon or similar salon?

Yes, but you should be aware that wholesalers can refuse you as a client, as you might not meet their purchasing policy requirements.

How many persons can accompany me to WFC Amsterdam?

You may take along one extra person via your pass.

My pass is no longer working. What should I do?

Please send an email to info@worldfashioncentre.nl and mention your company particulars/Chamber of Commerce registration number.

How can I obtain a new pass if it is lost or stolen?

Is it possible to make an introductory visit without a Chamber of Commerce registration number?

No, that is unfortunately not possible. You must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce as doing business in the fashion industry or a related sector.

How do I enter WFC Amsterdam?

After presenting an extract from the Chamber of Commerce (related to the fashion industry) and a valid ID at the reception desk in the Central Hall, you will receive a free day pass. Visitors from Belgium or Germany can visit WFC Amsterdam after presenting a VAT number of a company in a fashion related industry.

May I take my dog with me inside?

No, dogs are not allowed in WFC Amsterdam.

I have not visited WFC Amsterdam for years now. Will my pass still work?

Your pass will continue to function as long as you have not asked us to block it. Are you having problems using your pass? Then inform the reception desk in the Central Hall accordingly.

How can I apply for a second pass?

You can apply for a second pass via the ‘Apply for WFC pass’ link on this website.

I would like to contact a company in WFC Amsterdam. Where can I find the details of companies in WFC Amsterdam?

You can find all the telephone numbers and email addresses of the companies in WFC Amsterdam on our website and in the WFC app.

Can I obtain an overview of wholesalers, cash-and-carry businesses, large sizes for ladies, et cetera?

You can find these via our WFC app, which you can download via Google Play or the Apple store.

Questions about opening hours and parking

What are the opening hours of WFC Amsterdam?

WFC Amsterdam is open for visitors from Monday till Friday from 8 AM until 6 PM. A number of showroomholders are open on weekend days. Please contact the showroom you want to visit in advance.

Is WFC Amsterdam open during the weekend?

WFC Amsterdam is not open in the weekend except for special events or by appointment.

Is there an entrance fee?

No, admission is free of charge with the exception of events, for which a fee may be charged.

What fees apply for the car park?

The parking fee is € 2.40 for each 50 minutes with a maximum of € 17.50 per day.

What is the maximum clearance for entry?

Parking in WFC Amsterdam car park is possible for vehicles less than 2 m in height. Between the building and WFC Amsterdam car park (Terheideweg), parking is permitted only for vehicles with a height of more than 2 m. Parking in the Kelderstraat is possible for loading or unloading for vehicles with a height of up to 3.6 m.

I have lost my annually or monthly parking pass. What should I do?

Who should I contact to purchase a parking pass?

My parking pass no longer works. What should I do?

Please report to the security staff in the Central Hall with your defective parking ticket.

I would like to have a bicycle pass. Where can I apply for one?

You can apply for a bicycle pass by contacting the management. The bicycle pass is a pass for opening the fencing in Tower 2 (next to post office) for storage of bicycle and scooter.

I would like an extra transponder. How can I apply for one?

You can apply for extra transponders via the management (via ‘download form’).

Something is malfunctioning. Where can I report this?

Please report any malfunctions via an email to service@worldfashioncentre.nl.

I have lost my access pass. What should I do now?

Report your loss via an email to management@worldfashioncentre.nl or visit the Management reception desk 208.06.
